Produce is purchased from local growers whenever possible
Vegetarian and vegan menu choices available
Food and beverage operation uses reusable glass and ceramic rather than disposables; also fabric table cloths and reusable centerpieces versus disposable drapes and decor
Upon request for group functions, food and beverage will serve buffet-style without garnishes and beverages from dispensers
Leftoer water and ice are used to water plants and replenish fountains
Retired hard goods are donated whenever possible and so are unused meeting supplies or product samples left behind
Meeting rooms have dimmer lights and windows for natural light use
Margins are changed to .75 inch on office documents to use less paper
Sales proposals and other documents are emailed and provided electronically
Collateral is printed using soy based inks and recycled papers
Recycled and refurbished toners are used in office printers
Double sided copying is done whenever possible
